I suspect that the Fed meeting content leaked out so the bond rate shot up again.  But we should know the truth later in the afternoon ....................

Should be trading below SPX 3700 but.... too much money & power wants the market to rally

maybe a few VXX calls but need a bigger move in VXX to make a reasonable profit
