Watching RUT closely here....bears may have run out of bullets on the retest of yesterday's low overnight.

 

If the futs clear 2240 again, bulls might be back in business on a swing time frame...

But back under 2220, and bears could still potentially break it wide open.

 

In any event, RUT super wedged, and pretty big decision should be coming soon, and could provide some early clues...

NY Summation...the destruction continues...

But unless they can string together a few more bad breadth days, no big gapping action straight down just yet...

If that gapping action does indeed start to show up dead ahead, then bulls could possibly be in some trouble...

But if it gets another strong day of breadth, then perhaps bulls survive their trip to the cliff edge....

Well that's been so far.  Was buying more at 4270 last night and bringing my average down to 4305, have a profit stop now going into the cash open at 4308 that just got hit while typing for a profit of 3 points.  We'll see if I buy back a little lower after I look around!!

I've been saying for awhile that we may see the market go down but its going to be more of a sideways move at least for this expiration cycle.  Market never goes straight up and then turns right around unless its a quick blow off period.  I think it will be more of a grind down overall anyhow with some quick sell offs.  Today will be a good tell if we hold up into the close!  This rally this morning may hold as its not a massive push up before the open so I'm more likely to go long again we'll see....
