How are all these funds so stupid not realizing a significant change in FED policy: where in the past they announced that they even planned do anything about the size of their balance sheet like they did today? Am I missing something? So no more QE, rate increases and maybe asset sales but now there is something about Fed purchase of Treasury notes and mortgage securities beginning in Feb.
