Love all this bearishness and puts are getting overly extreme still and I'm making my way to 3900, average long 3906....

Of course there will be bounces to pick up nickels...

 

One word...Tesla...those nickels may get squashed under the steamroller PDQ, if it don't get some giddy up here soon...

 

And when it finally comes. likely to be fast and furious...

 

From mid-Sptember to end of September can be a very dangerous time frame....

hmmmmmm good thing my total of 152 point profits isn't nickels so far this week and if we were to look at the past 20 mths hmmmmmm all trades listed on here, don't think that's nickels lol!!!  Big difference in actually doing trades than talking about them.....

When we were doing our1031, and considering the idea of levering up our fully cash position, loan brokers were pushing hard on floater rate money at a Super low interest rate...at the time...that reset every 6 months.

 

Can you even imagine the pain being felt in Commercial RE right now for those that did take those loans?

 

Looking forward to a big lever up when the foreclosures hit the market....

 

Looking at the Monthly REIT index and its disintegrating momo, that may be a few years off yet....
