When we were doing our1031, and considering the idea of levering up our fully cash position, loan brokers were pushing hard on floater rate money at a Super low interest...at the time...that reset every 6 months.
Can you even imagine the pain being felt in Commercial RE right now for those that did take those loans?
Looking forward to a big lever up when the foreclosures hit the market....
