Now it's all depends what the Fed chief will say during the conference in the afternoon,  it's going to be volatile when he starts talking.  I see he is likely to remain hawkish as the inflation is still way too high for the target set by the Fed  ........................

Inflation ended last year....why does everyone insist on driving while looking in the rear view mirror.

 

Rent was one last few items remaining, and judging by the Austin RE market freeze up, they may coming down soon as well.
