It is a moment market right now. Momentum begets momentum. Do not buy cheap undervalued stocks. Buy the expensive ones. The higher the valuational the better the returns. Trust me.

It works until it doesn't and that time is almost upon us from what I'm seeing. Next week should be bullish or at least the first 4 TD's ~ 4637/38?. By Sept 6 we should see SPX ~3120 minimum from my current observation and ~3912 by August 21.

I'm no T expert, just curious.

But I'm not sure that an end of a T supposedly means the end of a rally.

See T Theory Link below.

Next week is seasonally positive, more so during the 3rd Presidential year.

next week,   we move down on Monday, and then bounce into Tuesday noon, then crap again into the end of week.  The most bullish day is Tuesday.  Just my two cents.

All through July 28th...the Semiconductor and Precious Metals BPI's for August 4th will be updated sometime this weekend.

Anything above the red lines is "overbought", anything under the green lines is deemed "oversold"...grey lines are neutral.

FWIW, the correct way to short using BP's is when it crosses 70 on th downside. When it does lookout. Since I'm not on too much in the Summer, Short sale triggers are entered just in case (JMHO)
