I tend to be horse shoes and hand-grenades. So here's my crude T Theory pointing to another week of general positivity before the pin gets pulled. But it could be a dud-grenade!

Rogerdodger, several of my tools are also pointing at that same time frame for a turn.  I haven't sorted out the risk windows for the next couple of weeks yet, but given the plots below, the 23rd thru the 26th are pretty good candidates for a turn of some sort.   

 

1st  A triangle focus which I posted several weeks ago points at that neck of the woods

 

 

2nd  A nice lunar cycle below that has a habit of hitting within a day or so of highs, lows and acceleration points is pointing at the 26th of August.

 

 

3rd A Laundry Magic "T" based on the McClellan oscillator also points roughly at August 23rd.

 

 

So I too will probably have my bloodshot eyes peeled for a market turn somewhere around August 23rd or 26th.

Roger thought you might enjoy. FWIW this is a chart of a much larger T expiring at the same time. Personally I'm thinking late August early September but certainly interesting .

Spectacuar Bid, when I try to recreate your "T" above in Stockcharts.com I get a target of about the 27th of August, only a couple of days after the August 23rd $NYMO "T" target that I posted above.  Definitely in the same ball park.  Am I reading your plot correctly?   Thanks.

Yes Douglas.  Depending on counting vacation days or not  it could be August 22nd or 23rd but your calculation is plenty good enough. On a T this big anything within a week or two has to be considered good enough. There is a 5 week Hurst projection to 5860 given yesterday, but even I think that seems pretty optimistic.
