I don't know who this is but I don't care.
It seems to me that everyone on financial news bumps up their own book one way or another.
I remember when Obama and all of the DC crooks made a big deal with great fanfare about a new law to prevent politicians from front running and using inside information.
Then very quietly, shortly thereafter, it was rescinded. Shhhh!
