What really bugs me about losing "search privileges"

But the default is always "order topic started", and I often miss follow-up posts (I think other do as well) if I forget to resort everytime. How can I reset the default? With permission to search, the order default always functioned as "last post".

I never even noticed it was there.

Search is back.
Just be forewarned, if we experience a slowdown again, we will have to pull the privilege once again, because stopping the search fnctions helps to reduce the load on the server, and if it comes down to either having a search function or being able to view the board, we're opting for viewing the board.
