Window dressing SUX
SPX Averages:
Day 5 = +0.64%,
Day 4 = -0.03%,
Day 3 = -0.39%,
Day 2 = -0.81%,
Day 1 = -0.47%
5 Day Average= -0.28%
The last 3 years have been worse averaging -1.85% for the week.

a close at es 1433 would not be a surprise, been seeing that price in AH for the last 3 days.Anyone still predicting any logical end of quarter window dressing today?
It could still happen,...I've seen it before.
someone wants that number in their quarterly books for sure.

We now have nice volume. The drop created more volume inducing volatility.
The drop range was expected as I noted during premarket.
Of course, what matters is CLOSE.... 
So far, we have higher low intraday.

All right.. Resistance Qs 43.87 R at 30m holding up.
Light volume again.
PREMARKET COMMENT:
Qs resistance as shown on the 60m chart is around 44 and support at 43.50-43.30 +/- which were the supports yesterday to continue upside momentum. Market will react to 10am Eco #.

About the upgrade, I will tell you about GOOG UBS upgrade. I commented on Gap support and it was doing just fine as it traded up with the gap support until UBS ungraded. Since then, it was selling off. Yes, firms up/downgrades stocks for their purpose.

those magic magnetic numbers,, which I noticed as well and smiled when I saw your post.
Those magic numbers for the NDX and RUT would be about 1771-2 and 795-8 for cash mrkts
