As the bull raged back-it took another penny-BUT

Yep, when the bull raged back on me-it took another penny off my Q puts.BUT, it would seem that the smell of CSCO earnings-is not "too fresh". Q's down 22 cents in after hours-thinking I get my penny(or so) back in the morning. Anyone besides me notice that even though the indexes made new highs, VIX did not make new lows, and in fact, has had what appears to be a bullish reversal? UH OH Spooky

I mentioned this when it started in April, 35 S&P points ago:
