When IYR reaches 30, I will start worrying about closing my SRS. My ideal target is IYR ~14, as I discussed in your board. Market is clearly WRONG here - madmen are running the asylum. Risk free money cannot be more expensive than risky money. Treasury yields cannot remain higher than REIT yields.

greenie--- REITS have one large advantage over treasuries: REITS are streams of cash flow attached to real assets as opposed to treasuries which are streams of cash flow attached to a financial/paper asset.
