I do this for fun, and a living, 25 years. I have to admit it has gotten much harder. I was a market maker on the options floor in the 90's, that was fun and profitable...but that disappeared with electronics and the Home Depot mentality (razor thin margins and mega volume). I prefer to trade volatility, but with the boom in ETF's and options on everything, there is very little these days. The game constantly changing.
How many guys do we have on here that trade for a living?
