wow - that is amazing correllation! what can you conclude from the 2nd chart? i am seeing a mirror image and the 1931 market began turning at end of june, so if patterns hold - we continue our downtrend.
the 1st chart is uncanny - what is particularly striking is that after the July low it actually went on to make new highs in the fall!

The market seems to be following the seasonal cycle pretty closely as well...
It is kind of unlikely that it will violate this grossly two years in a row...
Some of the shorter term cycles are also bottoming now, I guess a sell off after the 4th of July is critical whether there will be another rally attempt to the new highs in early July...

Due to the patterns we are in, after a serious correction, I fully expect the old highs to get totally blown out.
