updated chart from two days ago. the nominal 20 wk cycle price projection has been met. this should be overshot to the downside. will have to use alternate cyclic tools to check for furher downside as SPX is not positioned right now to cross it's 40 wk cycle projection line (FLD line).

Once 1510 support didn't hold, there was nothing but air in between 1460 and 1510, but this action is definitely a bit extreme...
Congratulations Airedale, I didn't think it could achieve the target so close to the cycle low, I agree it will take time to heal...

Nice tag Aire...congrats ("Late July cycle low"). Been wondering how long it would take to happen this time. As usual in a bull market it always waits until the very last minute to happen.
Over 3 point intraday swing in VIX.
