However with one caveat, if this sentiment ratio was completely reliable tool, every one of us would be multi-millionaires :lol: Also, if the economic future is quite obvious, there should be preponderance of either bulls or bears depending on perceived & observable direction of economy. The current sub-prime fiasco is so well known now, only the un-informed could remain bullish.

Do we know when the TSP survey was done? I remember seeing new poll results Thursday nights / Friday mornings, so many returns may be before the last Thursday big reversal.

Just listen to CNBC, you'll realize how little the average money managing profession realizes whats goin on, much less John Q. Investor. We'll go up then we'll head to new lows.

Also notice that the number of votes is the highest ever at 494.
