TSP is very interesting. I just saw that. OTOH, II has been shifting more Bearish rather quickly over the past 5 weeks. They sat in Sell territory for 15 weeks and now we're just marginally above Buy territory (1.0 ratio). I'm thinking it'll get there after this next leg down. M
