Thanks all for sharing your experiences. I just can't believe some
people want credit cheapened again when cheap credit is the main
reason we are in the imploding housing situation. I guess some
people never learn.
There is no cure for housing EXCEPT to let it work it out slowly. The
excesses need to be purged. You dont give an obese person more
food just because he will temporarily feel good.
I am seeing a slow down in sales in the retail level
