this is truly classic; the market just wears you down until you capitulate at a very bad time. but that's all part of the process. Maybe it's becoming a screaming buy, but I doubt it.

Taking profits...  2 more days before OPEX is over...

added to my long yesterday at 2342, up to 20% long now, so sitting on modest losses there. as i have written before, you must normally "pay" for your position with early losses. when i had my short positions, through weds am, i was hoping/expecting a washout day. it hasn't come, so i think the bears chance is over for now. if bears dont spoil it today, maybe we get something going here to the upside. if so, would like to be along for the ride up with at least a 50% position. we'll see if i can gain confidence to increase my position. conditions are not perfect, but they are probably the best since the start of the trump rally.

 

note the ff poll shows a trend to wading back in with partial longs. futures up overnite; foreign mkts okay. "tape" feels to me like it wants to rally.
