We must track different contracts? Or possibly because your quotes are different Mine( I think the hurtle now for gold is getting above 1511 on this chart. But looks like its ready to roll over. BUT One Tweet could upset the apple cart!

This talk about 100% tariff is pure rubbish. Once tariff above 25%, nobody is going to do business. 100% tariff is juz oxymoron. US must think the Chinese are stupid, or the AVG American news reader is dumb.

i posted here a few years ago about 1 belt 1 road (BRI), it was generally dismissed as a white elephant. today, chinese exports to BRI countries has replaced decline in exports to the US. Juz this week, all political roadblocks in Thailand and Malaysia are cleared for a high speed rail link from Kun Ming in South China, thru Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia to Singapore. Another link is in progress from Guang Xi South China to Vietnam.

 

I see a vibrant economic scene of more than a billion people in the next few years. I could imagine myself running my equity trading business based in HK, while at the same time applying my skills in running an actual business in most of South East Asia. I hope a Eurozone system will be in place. There is no need for wars and economic terrorism, its a chance to achieve true prosperity without the shackles of economic imperialism.

gold support at 1500 area is v strong. I have been whipsawed N times. V interesting phenomenon. Got to study this over the weekend.

 

this is v odd... shortage in usd should be more gold selling.
