I dont know about rates, but TLT broke when it hit 142 on the PF chart. That ended the 45 degree uptrend line from 2014. Now Id expect to eventually see down around 131 at the 200 week MA. Probably not straight down of course. But that should be a decent buy zone. Late 2018 Q4 was the last time. Currently looks normal after TLT ran up to the insanity zone 177 when they unplugged the economy about a year ago. No stress going on here with BKLN above the 200 day MA acting normal.
