Hmmm, some profit taking due to VST over-bought conditions and before the Fed meeting. But I'd like to see what the Fed will actually say .........................

Did not expect such a busy day but will take it anytime.
Almost totally NQ DAYTRADING after initial 2 ES HEDGE LONG positions and VXX PUTS - both of them in the RED!
But big profits from 36 SPY PUTS & spectacular profits from NQ DAYTRADING on a day that was quite similar to a big UP day last week: straight down with minor rallies versus that UP day when it was almost straight UP with few pullbacks. Just over 1200 points NQ profits today, one of my best for 2021. It is amazing how fast profits or losses in NQ rack up since NQ rose from the low 10K levels to over 16K! Will they reverse split NQ?
Look at those LONG RED DAILY CANDLES today! ENGULFING the previous few days and maybe this is a ST TOP or THE TOP of 2021.
Do not think so .... I expect the market to ignore the FED meeting and what comes out and rally to new ATHs. Hardly likely the FED will say or do anything significant in December, especially with this new variant threatening a new Winter surge.
Important to remember this week is not only FOMC Wednesday, but also OPEX week and default here is to expect shakeouts & a tricky to trade week after last weeks easy 1 way trend. Generally not to the week be going heavy - trade less, trade smaller & don't get greedy with gains

After surging with only 1 red day since Dec 3rd, #ES_F is cooling-off today off of 4720 resistance. FOMC=the driver this week so would take action before then with a grain of salt ES into lower range of support here.
