BULL Trap BOUNCE.
WILL start new SHORT posirion ABOVE 4680

So still no short of dip buyers.  So far SPX recovered about 60% of today's loss.  Are Hedges done yet with the selling for the bad CPI coming on Wednesday?

Closed all SPY PUTS & ES HEDGE LONG

Will reopen above 4670 to 4680 if traded

Want to open a new QQQ PUT position in LT Portfolio 
Will start with 5 QQQ MARCH 380 or higher strikes
Should be filled if QQQ trades above 375

Bought 300 QQQ in LT 
 
But main focus on NQ daytrades that could be an ATH points profit today!  Yes, NQ index has grown much larger so profits or losses are larger but still 
it is good to set higher profit points records...

Maybe there is still a little bit downside left for this swing, but I'd buy if it dips again  .....................

Had to rescue a kitchen sink clog earlier but at the close my profit stop was hit at 4660 for a profit of 35 points.  As were into the evening I think I'll try a long build around 4650 and go from there!!

Great trades! A bounce, as expected, could be sharply up, possibly new ATHs, and then I expect a BIG DOWN

Best NQ daytrading day ever, not surprising because of the large range - daily & intra and the smooth but rapid reversal. 

Closed QQQ PUTS in Friday and remaining SPY PUTS yesterday.

Best day for 2022.

 

FLAT except 300 QQQ and 5 QQQ PUTS in LT Portfolio. Did not expect 300 QQQ to be so profitable so fast but that was a blistering QQQ rally after the early low..

 

Will open new SPY PUT position above SPY 470 in Risk Portfolio

Also add more QQQ PUTS in LT above QQQ 384 in LT; will also add more QQQ on any pullback. Also add more ETFs (INDA, XLF, VOO etc) in LT on pullbacks during next few weeks, or months

VXX down again below 19. Should fall below 18 with another day or two of ES rallies. 

 

Will buy CALLS in LT if VXX trade with 17 handle, and lower. 

 

Will look for good trade setups if WTI CRUDE trades above 80. 

 

Focusing on NQ daytrades today

Going into bed I changed my mind and put in for trades at 4655 and 4650.  Did get one long at 4655 now with a profit stop of 4560 going into the cash open.  Would still like 4650 but we'll see will build below 4560.

Buy more lower down

 

Will add more QQQ PUTS in LT above QQQ 386

And out for 5 points, guess  I'll wait till the cash open see what happens, start at 4655 again....
