AMC already near 2022 high

will start buying PUTS

 

Public rushin' back into the meme stocks..both GME and AMC doubled in a couple weeks

Looking at AMC PUTS, JUNE expiry 25 or higher strikes

Will start with 5, scale in ...but still not convinced it has reached a ST TOP 

could be near it

Well that was easy, average short shot all the way back up to 4540 once again!!

closed 2nd NQ hedge  long   +244.5

will reopen lower than 14900 

 

BUSY night & morning! I hesitated, want to wait, but the system demands it:

2nd NQ hedge long 14755 opened

 

Maybe it will again be another profitable hedge since I want to add PUTS if NQ rallies

 

TESLA 1068, up more than 5% on news/rumors it may SPLIT  

Will place limit orders for PUTS but not rushing into before 11am. Patience required for these high flyers

 

UVXY slightly up now as NQ drops, will add more CALLS on rallies

 

NVDA slight up but will not rush into this one with new PUTS

 

GDX & GLD  --- have not traded these in a while, will consider CALLS. JUNE or later

 

NAT GAS nearing 6, will consider shorting above 6

Well that's interesting, by the end of the day the S&P has moved up +10% in 10 days so my FF for the end of the year is the S&P up around +180%!  Of course I'm kidding however the S&P was barely down -10% off the highs so of course there is going to be a snapback rally but its getting excessive and technicals and call options are also indicating that.  I'm sure volatility will continue and I'm set nicely for the night session with a nice even short of 4550!!

Another busy Monday, another rally, more than 300 NQ HEDGE POINTS PROFIT, more than 68 ES HEDGE POINTS PROFIT, another record  NQ daytrading  profit, but still managed to stay net red for the day as I build a large SHORT position.   And, expect more losing days as I decide to go RISK-ON mode nearing the end of Q1. Similar happened from December 2021 to early January 2022. 

 

AMC was up 44% on the day and I waited until it was 30% up before opening this new AMC PUT position but I should have added more AMC PUTS in the final hour. That required more time spent on that option chain and I prefer not to put top priority on that trade. 

Close all 12 UVXY CALLS -- good decision - and then reopened 9 as UVXY went red on the day.

Will close the MOST PROFITABLE  ES HEDGE LONG I ever had ... above or near ES 4550 if traded

 

will reopen UVXY CALLS below 12 if traded

 

 

A hard fought week where the small net profit came mainly from OPTIONS - daytrade and one-day duration, and also rolling over almost dead PUTS into JUNE expiration on shallow QQQ pullbacks. BIG HEDGE ES & NQ profits, very big Losses from PUTS, modest profits from NVDA & TESLA PUTS, and very large profits from NQ DAYTRADING. Several PUTS were also closed as they approached the "jump off the cliff" erosion curve. I expect more losses in PUTS if market rallies but will add more and also reopen 2nd ES & NQ hedge longs. Will add to current 12 UVXY CALLS

 

Will also again dabble in ST PUTS & CALLS. Watching TESLA... and any stock or ETF for ST PUTS

MARCH will again be a profitable month but not as good as JAN & FEB

However, it is RISK ON at these levels
