Looks ready to breakdown to me here ..it looks like a slow grind down to key pivot 4080-4090 ...we could see a few more bounce attempts but

I don't see it getting back to 4200 now ....I think more likely we break under the pivot and run fast down ..some target zones 4040, 4000 and 3950.

Yep hit 4060 this AM!  140 drop from 4200 area  - and close to my first target area 4040'ish  ... ST model is showing increasing odds of 'bounce' there ...BUT ..that assumes 'all things are equal' which they are NOT due

the massive sentiment imbalance - so personally I wd not hold any long attempt in that area overnight .... too big a risk of a gap down and run until bullishness cools off a bit.

Bearish wedge and failure on DOW - lower prices higher odds into close from here.(* than major bounce)...  and move toward 4040SPXCASH target ...but as said, dangerous here RISK wise for GAP DOWN under the KP.

Meh - some weird action last hour there - difficult Short term read here but I would say, the bounce I was expecting off 4040 has come here off 4060 ..and its not great ...could run a bit longer into mon but

as said the RISk reward isn't good as I see it on bounces until we see some fear spike.

The Swing sell remains in effect - so whatever occurs short term, I see lower prices from here ...toward 4000 or even 3950-3980 as said over next few weeks, then 'well see'.

Not much to say here - been typically 'exhaust-a-thon' ..but I look for this to eventually take another leg lower next week.

The 'good news' is this still looks 'corrective' to me ...so this buys more time to hold long for my investments and see if we can get any more upside before this long IT bounce finally gives up !

as I said, probably some time toward April.

Pretty much just tracking this on ALGO's - though, that selling last hour was most algo like since Dec so may mean change ...especially if we get more tomorrow.

From intraday Blog-"mark davidson

just now·edited just nowPinned

LONG TERM - the more I look at the wave pattern on IWM, BKX, SOX etc the more bearish this ultimately looks - I can't PREDICT as per last newslestter with certainty - BUT - those waveforms are VERY LOW probability to turn 'bullish' ...the SPX is the most bullish but I think its a mirage because the internals don't work .... I am looking for confirmation here - any drop back under 4060 will get me that, and make SPX waveform also align bearish long term."

I see high odds Short Term/Swing setups here

1. 4030.. IMPORTANT SUPPORT - bounce there - lots churn ..then gradual drop through that pivot

and slow move toward lower targets

OR

2. 4030 see's FAST break - and we get a BIG down day of 3%+ toward 3950
