REITS may be squeezed due to so many working from home using internet.

Office space are major holdings of REITS

 

 

Lots of stories today about Retailers closing. Malls are getting Mauled.

Our flagship SEARS was demolished recently to make way for the newest $130 million SHEELS. A department store/ Bass Pro Shop/Academy Sports-bar with Ferris wheels and roller coasters.

Customers will no doubt be entertained by non-stop gang shootouts by feral children.

rate hikes have ended? well, maybe so, maybe not but what if they have? Is that bullish? do some research. rates precede or follow the market down. This is a big bear market. Short term, you rarely know but intermediate term this is a big bear market. there will be a big drop followed by a big rise but it will not reach back to our current price levels. Then you will have an even bigger drop

As I understand this, when rates start to fall you go into longer term bonds. The stock market will likely bottom some time after the bonds rally.

Yes, worst part of bear usually AFTER inversion reverses, which it appears is finally starting to happen.

 

Still inverted, but much less than a few weeks ago, and looks a lot like THE TURN

 

CRE looks ready to go full 1930s....what impact that will have on Dow, SP remains to be seen, but probably not great....
