The battle with Microsoft over spam (and scam) emails continues. And Apple should really be ticked.

Every time I buy something on Amazon, there are 2 to 5 phishing emails in my inbox.
So obviously there is a leak somewhere at Amazon.

Every time I buy something on Amazon they deliver it to a house on another street which has our same address number.

Every time.

I have no problem with UPS, etc. (Sometimes USPS when a substitute is working the route.)

Amazon drivers deliver to where their electronic map indicates, not the actual address.

I have talked to drivers and customer service till I'm blue in the face.

I now have a personal relationship with half the population of India in customer service...but they will not change.

I even describe the house "Green house faces North". They deliver it to "Grey house faces East."

I report that I did not get the package and they refund the money or send another one; my choice.

Then I go pick it up around the corner, if it's even there. Who knows?

True story.

Three more pieces of garbage today (so far). And the last one resorted once again to using the Apple iCloud service mark. No need to add any more here after this. Just know that it is an apparently long battle and I have NO intention of surrendering. The last message from the body of my last report is below (and I always include the raw header below that). All of these are sent to several Microsoft abuse addresses (and several execs), along with the FCC and FTC. I also send them to Apple when they are using their stuff to scam people. Really getting frustrated with Microsoft. So hard to believe that they will not stop this.

What happened Microsoft? I make a comment about them not using Apple today and within a few minutes I get yet another one abusing Apple’s mark. What did you do, forward my email to your criminal customer? How can this NOT BE A SCAM? The subject line says “Aliana from iCloud. Payment failed. Please update your details.” How can that not be an attempt to scam. And it comes yet again from a “Direct Allocation” Microsoft customer, 104.47.26.47. I looked it up, but really didn’t need to because they ALL are now coming from downstream Microsoft customers. Its seems like they have put out an ad on the dark web inviting all the s///p//a///m//m///e//r///s and scammers to “come to Microsoft” we will welcome you with open arms. Here are your scam IP addresses for just the last couple of weeks.

104.47.26.110, 104.47.26.40, 104.47.26.42, 104.47.26.107, 104.47.26.112, 104.47.26.40, 104.47.26.42, 104.47.26.43, 104.47.26.110, 104.47.26.113, 104.47.26.45, 104.47.26.41,  104.47.26.110, 104.47.26.112, 104.47.26.44, 104.47.26.106, 104.47.26.48, 104.47.26.43, 104.47.26.104, 104.47.26.43, 104.47.26.44, 104.47.110.41,104.47.43.153, 104.47.26.104, 107.47.26.104, 104.47.110.44, 104.47.26.45, 104.47.26.106, 104.47.26.42, 104.47.26.47, 104.47.26.104, 104.47.26.49, 104.47.26.113, 104.47.26.49, 104.47.26.113, 104.47.26.107, 104.47.26.113, 104.47.26.45, 104.47.26.47. Just the simple fact that there are multiple repeats within the above demonstrates that Microsoft is doing nothing to address this. The question is, will some of you in government that are copied here do anything about this organization(s) that is generating probably hundreds and hundreds of complaints daily to your website. I am giving you enough information to do just that.

Roger. Re: your Amazon delivery problems. My grandson worked for Amazon delivering packages and even became a supervisor. When he talked with family members about problems like this, he talked about establishing a geofence around your house for Amazon drivers. Might want to research that. Not sure how to do it, and it may require their mobile app. But it apparently works, because the driver will not be able to accurately deliver the package UNLESS it is placed within that geofence. Their GPS makes sure of the accuracy.
