At this juncture with the market in ST overbought conditions and breadth lagging behind today I decided to take some profit by selling out of the money ES calls ..........................

I'm not surprised with today's pullback as I warned last Friday that the market was in extremely over-bought conditions. We should see more consolidation in the next few days ..............................

Today SPX and NDX finally broke out of the resistance at the 200 dma and 50 dma respectively, that is IT bullish....................

SPX 10 points below the 200 DMA (4474.2) right now. Hmmm...failure?
